I don’t usually post on the weekends, but I’m sure you’ve all been waiting with bated breath to hear how the Great Greek Yogurt/Slow Cooker Experiment of 2012 went…right? Right?!?
Well, it’s a good thing that y’all have been liking my ideas of culinary exploration lately, because let me tell you…my kitchen sure hasn’t. Remember how I was worried that I
wasn’t incubating the yogurt at the proper temperature? Given that the consistency of the final product was closer to tofu than yogurt…I’m pretty sure I overcooked it.
But somehow, knowing I have all of you to share this with makes it easier. Just think how excited
I we all will be when I finally get this right!
