Superfluous Olympic Event Three: Think Ink

Well hello there !! Good morning !!! I’m so glad to see you !!! (I did say I was going to be enthusiastic this morning, remember?!?)

You know I really am happy that you’re here, though. I have some Doctor Stuff to deal with over the next couple of days (and not of the Who variety, unfortunately), so I’ll be working from home for the rest of the week. Which means I’ll have more time to be in my pajama pants for you! Time for you, that’s what I meant to say, of course. Your company is going to make the next little while fly by. And it’s much appreciated. And I’ll do my best to keep you entertained in return. Superfluously!

I know I’m not the only one coping with a living room that’s turned into a polar vortex, and thatΒ  it’s been a long, cold winter for a lot of you. So for today’s final, Superfluous Olympic event, I thought I’d heat things up around here and show a little skin.

Match each of the following Canadian Olympic athletes with their ink. Leave your answers in the Comments by 11:59pm ET on Friday, February 21st. Good luck!

1) 2014 gold medalist Kaille Humphries

2) 2014 bronze medalist Mark McMorris

3) 2014 gold medalist Charles Hamelin

a) mark m

b) charles h

c) kallie_juncha

  1. wow, that’s crazy! you’ve done your research for this one πŸ˜‰ Stay warm–we’re going to to get buckets of snow today and then the temp drops, so I’m feeling your pain.

Speaking of pain, take care of you and report in when you can. Need to figure out when we can escape that alphabet and meet up in tropical climes. I’ll start making the umbrella drinks now πŸ™‚

Sorry your dr is NOT the dr who version–your mere mention of “doctor” had me going there. Stayed up way too late last night sucked into Pandorica. Finally cut myself off, though at a pivotal moment (aren’t they all), so need to get work etc done so I can return.

Again, take care and enjoy AW πŸ˜€

    • Buckets of that white stuff showed up here too Liz! So we can be snowed in together. An umbrella drink would really hit the spot right now, for sure!!

AHH PANDORICA !!! THE PANDORICA OPENS !!! You’re making me bust out the all caps, here. That episode made me fall in love with my beloved Matt all over again. A couple of times. I LOVE this:

  2. Sorry to hear you’re stuck in the polar vortex and “under the weather.” (Okay, I couldn’t help myself with that one.)

Do you remember when you were posting Shutterbug Sis’s photo’s from your summer vacations. The sunshine, the beach? I suggest a warm dose of memories to help get you through. πŸ™‚

PS I’m going back to bed myself. 😦

    • Teehee. Your puns are always encouraged around here, Fannie. And your brilliant ideas, too. Beach pictures are JUST what I need! Perfect!!

Look after yourself and feel better!

  3. I have no idea. None. But like in school, I guess C. Yep, going with C. That’s where my odds are best πŸ™‚ 1c, 2c, 3c. Did I get it right?! Yay!! So glad you got a pajama pants day!!
