WoW Fridays: Albert Camus

TGIF, lovely readers of mine! Yes, it’s Friday, and yes, I’m all sorts of excited about it. It’s been a long week – actually, scratch that. It’s been a long couple of weeks for me. Don’t get me wrong, there have been a lot of fun things going on (I’ve been saving some stories for next week, as a matter of fact!) but there have been a lot of early mornings and late nights at the office, too.

The beginning of a new month is always a busy time for my team in Corporate World, and this time around, the beginning of a new quarter happened at the same time. I’m so lucky that I’ve had all of you to keep me company over the past couple of weeks! I appreciate each time you stop by and read a post, whether you comment or not.

albert camus quote

Staying connected to the people in my life is really important to me, and knowing that you’re all here has made the last couple of weeks just that much easier for me. In other words,  my “invincible summer” … is you! So I just wanted to say thanks all, and that I hope you have some sunshine in your weekends too!

love amb

  1. good quote for us Northerners! My sympathies for the crazy stressful busy, Glad if you’ll be coming out the other side soon. Enjoy your Friday and yay weekend! Meet me at the patio table after work, ‘k? 😉

  2. yes, you are certainly not getting rid of us, your odd, eccentric family of cousins who love to read and follow you. you just can’t shake us.

  3. Love this quote! 🙂
Unfortunately here in Winnipeg it is supposed to snow 5-10 cm on Saturday 😥
Just in time for our social! 😦

Oh well…I know it won’t last long and all the snow has to go eventually!!

Hope you have a fabulous weekend lady xoxo

  4. Anything that conjures the idea or feeling or thoughts of summer are high up on my list, so of course I adore this quote for obvious reasons; but I also love the meaning a little below the obvious..the quiet patience we have when we know something is worth waiting for…and the trust that it will surface in time. Wishing you sunny days sunshine! xo
